The garden of earthy delights
Our summer garden is now officially done with. The last remaining pea plants, which had valiantly hung on this long, have finally been done in by the freezing temperatures. We picked our final pea pod last night, still sweet and tender to the very end! This was the first year we planted a garden and we were very pleased with how well it did, and we’re already planning bigger and better things for next year!

You just cannot beat home grown for flavour!

You are so right Caroline! There is no comparison between store-bought and home grown fruits and veggies! I never liked peas until I tried them fresh off the vine, and now I can't get enough. And tomatoes from the garden are the best!
